Joliet West Athletic Director Steve Millsaps has extended an invitation to the community for participation in the upcoming Winter Mentorship Dinner, specifically aimed at senior athletes.
The event will feature mentors who are paired with athletes to share personal stories and engage in meaningful conversations. According to Millsaps, "The stories build connections and serve as an inspiration to our students." The initiative is designed to highlight that "every path to success is different," encouraging mentors to share their unique journeys.
Scheduled for November 19, 2024, the dinner will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Joliet West Cafeteria. Participants will receive a complimentary meal during the event.
Individuals interested in serving as mentors are encouraged to sign up.
