The Joliet West High School Theatre Department will present its fall play, "A Bad Year for Tomatoes," in October 2025. The performances are scheduled for Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m. All shows will be held in the school auditorium. Attendees should enter through Door 5, which is the Cafeteria Entrance off Glenwood Avenue, and may use any available parking on campus.
"A Bad Year for Tomatoes" is a comedy about a famous actress who leaves her public life to write her autobiography in a small town. Her attempt at solitude is interrupted by curious neighbors, resulting in unexpected situations and comedic events. According to the Theatre Department, audiences can expect "an engaging and laughter-filled performance brought to life by the talented student cast of Joliet West."

Joliet West High School serves students in grades nine through twelve and had an enrollment of 3,310 during the 2019-2020 school year. The school is located in Joliet within Will County.
