On April 15, 2026, students from Joliet West High School Symphonic Band will join the Joliet Central High School Symphonic Band and the Joliet American Legion Band for a performance at Chicago’s Symphony Center. The event will take place at the home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
A statement from organizers described the significance of this opportunity: “For our students, this is more than a concert – it’s the chance to perform on Chicago’s most iconic stage.”
Joliet West High School serves grades 9 through 12 and had an enrollment of 3,310 students in the 2019-2020 school year.
