Joliet West Athletic Director Steve Millsaps has extended an invitation to the community for participation in the upcoming Spring Mentorship Dinner aimed at senior athletes. This event, scheduled for March 6, 2025, will take place from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. in the Joliet West Cafeteria. The dinner provides a platform where mentors are paired with athletes to share their personal stories and engage in meaningful dialogue.
Millsaps emphasized the importance of these interactions by stating, "The stories build connections and serve as an inspiration to our students." He further highlighted that each individual's path to success is unique and expressed hope that mentors would be willing to share their journeys.
Participation in the dinner is free of charge for all attendees. Those interested in serving as mentors are encouraged to express their interest.
