Joliet West High School schedules annual Pink Heals volleyball fundraiser for October

Joliet West High School is set to host its annual Pink Heals JT Volleyball Fundraiser on Tuesday, October 14. The event, featuring a match between Central and West, will take place in the Joliet West Gymnasium. Attendees are instructed to enter through Door 13 and may park in any available spot. Admission is free, with donations accepted throughout the evening.

The schedule for the event includes basket raffles and 50/50 raffle tickets, with proceeds going to support Pink Heals. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m., followed by the Junior Varsity/Freshman A & B game at 4:30 p.m. Immediately after this game, the Survivor Walk will take place. The Varsity Game is scheduled to begin after the walk.

Those wishing to participate in the Survivor Walk are asked to arrive at Joliet West by 5:00 p.m.

Event shirts supporting Pink Heals will be available for purchase at the fundraiser and online through September 22.

According to organizers, "The Pink Heals event has been an important part of the JT volleyball programs since 2008 and has a special meaning to all that have been a part of our volleyball family."
