Joliet West High School has announced details for its 2025 Homecoming, themed "Livin’ in the Disco." The celebration will include a series of events running from October 6 to October 11, open to students and their families with specific guidelines for attendance and ticketing.

The Powder Puff game is scheduled for October 8 at 6 p.m. Only Joliet West students can participate, while family members of participants may attend with younger siblings. Tickets for non-JWHS student spectators are $6 for adults and $3 for children and must be purchased online. Gates open at 5 p.m. Joliet West students need to buy paper tickets at the textbook center starting October 2 during school hours; these cost $5 each.

A Pep Rally will take place on Friday, October 10, during the school day. Juniors and seniors will attend during period three, while freshmen and sophomores participate during period eight. The announcement of the Homecoming Court will occur live at this event.

The Homecoming Parade is also set for Friday, October 10, beginning at 4:15 p.m. The route starts in the school's parking lot and loops through local streets before returning to campus.

The football game against Plainfield East follows on October 10 at 6:30 p.m., with gates opening an hour earlier. Community members and non-students must purchase tickets ahead of time as none will be sold on game day. Senior citizens can enter free by showing ID at the gate.

Joliet West alumni seeking complimentary admission need to register in advance; they must present identification upon arrival to confirm their status on a pass list. Season pass holders should show their cards or family pass information for entry.

Students from Joliet West High School are required to obtain or purchase tickets in person at the bookstore during posted hours only in the week leading up to the game; no same-day sales are allowed. Students without an activity sticker pay $2 per ticket, and all high school attendees must bring their student IDs.

The Homecoming Dance takes place Saturday, October 11 from 6:30–9:30 p.m., under this year’s disco theme in the Field House. Entry closes promptly at 7:30 p.m.; anyone arriving later cannot remain on campus property that night. Tickets are priced at $25 and available September 9 through October 9 via designated channels; any outstanding student fees require payment arrangements prior to buying dance tickets.

Tickets for approved guests may be purchased only after clearing all outstanding fees; guest forms are due by October 3 at each student's dean's office by mid-afternoon.

Spirit Week runs throughout Homecoming week with daily themes:

- Monday (October 6): Jersey Day

- Tuesday (October 7): Decades Day

- Wednesday (October 8): Pink Out

- Thursday (October 9): Adam Sandler Day

- Friday (October 10): Class Color Day—freshmen wear blue, sophomores purple, juniors orange, seniors pink, staff yellow
