Joliet West High School standout Alex Hughes’ college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Monday, April 28

On Monday, April 28, former Joliet West High School standout Alex Hughes’ current college team, the Bridgeport Purple Knights, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Dominican Chargers.

The game took place at Seaside Park Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Chargers this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at 11 a.m. at Seaside Park Softball Complex against Jefferson Rams.
