Alex Hughes, former Joliet West High School standout, played on Tuesday, March 4 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Tuesday, March 4, former Joliet West High School standout Alex Hughes’ current college team, the Bridgeport Purple Knights, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Assumption Greyhounds.

The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Greyhounds this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 12:15 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Davis & Elkins Senators.
