James Love, former Joliet West High School standout, played on Saturday, Feb. 15 in NCAA Division I baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Joliet West High School standout James Love’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.

The game took place at Lou St. Amant Field. This was their second matchup against the Warhawks this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Lou St. Amant Field against Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.
