HIRE360 IL Works Will County is offering a 9-week paid pre-apprenticeship program for individuals interested in pursuing careers in the construction trades. The program aims to prepare participants for union trades apprenticeships and upcoming construction projects.

The HIRE360 Pre-Apprenticeship Program includes site tours, test preparation classes, and an industry-recognized MC3 curriculum. Participants will also attend job readiness workshops covering resume building, financial literacy, and tool awareness. Credentials such as First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10 are part of the training. An hourly stipend is provided based on attendance, academic performance, and milestone achievements.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must be Illinois residents aged 18 or older with a high school diploma, GED, or HISTE. Interested candidates should complete an assessment form to receive an invitation to a virtual information session where they can learn more about the program and application process.
