Tecara Parker, Principal | Joliet West High School

Attention senior families at JTHS: It is essential to check the MySchoolBucks cafeteria account balance ahead of the upcoming graduation. According to the district policy, balances that fall below $10 are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Thus, seniors are encouraged to use the money before the graduation day.

For those with a balance greater than $10, there is an option to either request a refund or transfer funds. This transfer could be applied towards paying school fees either for themselves or a sibling. The processing of refund requests and balance transfers will commence after the closure of the school year. Students or their guardians need to complete a form to initiate this process.

Furthermore, parents are advised to disable the auto replenish feature in MySchoolBucks for seniors to avoid unnecessary charges. The MySchoolBucks balances for students in grades below senior year, including freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, will automatically roll over to the next academic year.
