Graduating seniors are instructed to return their school-issued laptops to the Student Help Desk after completing their last final exam on May 16, 2025. It is important for students to forward crucial emails from their school email account to a personal email. Additionally, they should save necessary files from OneDrive or Google Drive to a personal drive because school emails will be deleted once their status changes to "Graduate." Notably, seniors are not required to return hotspots.
To avoid any cleaning fees, students should ensure all personal stickers or artwork are removed from their devices before returning them. Laptops can be returned to the Student Help Desk during English class in the week of May 12, following the completion of all finals.
Upon returning their device, students will be notified immediately about any fees due for damaged or missing items, such as cracked screens, a stylus, or power cords. Payment of these fees must be made promptly to participate in graduation ceremonies.
