Joliet West High School seniors are invited to participate in a class trip scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2025. The event will feature an Architecture River Tour at Navy Pier in Chicago, offering students a chance to explore the city's renowned architectural landscape from the water.
The tour will take place from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and costs $45. Payment must be completed by March 21, 2025, at the school bookstore. Additionally, students have the option to purchase a Centennial Wheel Ticket for $18, which also requires payment by the same deadline.
Participants will navigate along the Chicago River while learning about its rich architectural history and observing iconic buildings that define the city's skyline. Students are encouraged not to miss this opportunity to experience Chicago's architecture uniquely.
Students should dress comfortably and appropriately for weather conditions and bring money for food available on-site or pack a lunch. Further details regarding bus departure times and meeting points will be provided closer to the date of the event.
Seniors may request up to three other students with whom they wish to be grouped during bus assignments or under chaperone supervision. More information can be obtained at the bookstore upon payment receipt.
