On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Joliet West High School standout James Love’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Joliet West High School standout James Love’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arkansas State Red Wolves.

The game took place at Tomlinson Stadium–Kell Field. This was their third matchup against the Red Wolves this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. at Joe Maynard Field at Raymond C. Hand Park against Austin Peay Governors.
