The Joliet Central Spring Musical, "Six The Musical: Teen Edition," concludes tomorrow. The performance starts at 7 p.m. at the Joliet Central Auditorium, with tickets priced at $10. The musical narrates the stories of King Henry VIII's six wives, framed in a pop concert style, highlighting themes of empowerment.
Graduating students from the Class of 2025 can begin signing up for graduation ceremonies starting April 14. Ceremonies are scheduled for May 24 at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the respective campuses. Graduates will receive five tickets for guests, and the sign-up process requires student emails.
The JTHS Board of Education has scheduled a meeting for April 15, open to families and the community. Public comments must be registered before the start of the meeting. Additionally, TRIO will host a JJC Pathways to Success event for high school students the same day.
Mandatory state testing is set for April 16 and 17, with varied schedules depending on grade levels. Community events include the JT Boosters Night of Champions on April 17 and the Hands of Hope Free Food Giveaway on April 19.

Special Games, celebrating Special Olympics athletes, is planned for April 25 at Joliet Central’s football field. There is an invitation to the JRECC Meeting the same day, featuring a presentation by the University of Illinois Extension Nutritional Education Program.
The CEO Trade Show on April 30 will showcase student-developed businesses at Joliet Junior College. The annual JTHS Kermes Celebration is set for May 1. A charity volleyball game will occur on May 15, supporting Will County veterans and the Disabled Patriot Fund.
