Bryan McCoy records 9 tackles in Akron’s win over Eastern Michigan

On Saturday, October 26, Bryan McCoy, a former standout Joliet West High School athlete, contributed to the Akron Zips’ 25-to-21 win over the Eastern Michigan Eagles.

McCoy is a 6′0″ 225-pound junior linebacker.

He recorded nine tackles, helping the Akron Zips control the Eastern Michigan Eagles offense.

Akron’s football team is a NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) team that plays in the Mid-American Conference.
