To view their school portraits, students should check for an email from "Visual Image Photography" or visit vipis.com. A student ID number may be necessary to access the images. If a retake is needed, students are advised not to select a yearbook picture yet. Retake Day is scheduled for Monday, October 7th, and is intended for those who need a new picture or have not taken a Yearbook Portrait this year. It is mandatory for all students to have a current portrait in the yearbook.
Photos taken on Retake Day will be added to each student's online image gallery. An email alert with new photos will be sent about a week after Retake Day. The deadline for selecting a yearbook picture is November 3rd for underclass students, including seniors. After this date, Visual Image Photography (VIP) will choose the yearbook image.
A specific dress code applies only to students taking retakes; other students must wear uniforms. Juniors, sophomores, and freshmen can wear either their uniform or a colored/patterned polo shirt with uniform bottoms and shoes. Polos must be appropriate for school.
Seniors have different guidelines: Hillmen should wear a shirt and tie with uniform bottoms and shoes, while Angels are required to wear a top or sweater with uniform bottoms and shoes—dresses and skirts are not permitted.
